This is a left hand dump that produces approximately 20 pounds of product per hour (approx. 22 oz or 5 lbs each batch). The extra powerful motor on this mixer makes this machine a profit hound! The pedestal is 10-1/2"W x 14" D x 30-1/2" H to top of kettle. While pictured with it the #2424 stainless steel base is NOT included and must be ordered separately.
