This is the front counter unit, this unit is also available in a rear counter unit, with the sign on the side of the unit with the doors. Both units are available wired with oil delivery system. (Oil Delivery system is not standard and does require additional cost, please contact us if you're interested in an oil delivery system Discovery unit)
This unit features a control which alerts the operator when a kettle cycle is complete.
