This 40,000 BTU Propane Gas Cooker, for use with either the 4009 Aluminum or 4111 Copper Kettle, will cook a 10 lb. batch of candy apple coating at 290 degrees. Aluminum kettles will cook the coating at half the time it takes using a copper kettle.
