This unit helps to maintains accurate control of your cheese sauce portions, and makes sure that as little of the cheese as possible is wasted (typically, more than 97% of the BIB cheese is used). Has an extra inner compartment to pre-heat a second bag of cheese while one is being dispensed. Features 3 push-buttons on front door to select portion amounts, which can be independently controlled via dipswitch settings.Almost no cleaning is required with this unit, since cheese never makes contact with any machine parts. Maintains cheese temperature at 140-160 degrees.Works with most brands of BIB cheese (does NOT work with Gehl's cheese sauce).
Works best with our 5278 Jalepeño Cheese, 5279 Aged Cheddar Cheese, 5282 Meatless Chili bags.
