  • Q: Why can't I pick my order up at your warehouse?
    A: Our online ordering process is highly automated, which allows us to reduce prices and pass the savings on to you. While our Tampa, FL location is open to the public, please bear in mind that at this time we cannot offer the same savings on every item at our public showroom. If you give our internet sales department a call at 1-800-818-0897, we'll be more than happy to give you our showroom prices. Otherwise, to take advantage of the pricing on this website all orders must be shipped to your location and you will be responsible to pay applicable shipping and handling charges.

    Q: How can I get more information on the disposable and sanitary/janitorial products Columbia Jobbing distributes?
    A: In addition to our complete line of Gold Medal fun food products Columbia Jobbing is a disposables and sanitary/janitorial products distributor in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.     Q: What are your Tampa, Florida showroom's normal business hours?
    A: Our showroom is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. Our showroom is closed on most major US Holidays. Please call 1-800-818-0897 to verify showroom hours.

    Q: What are the hours of operation for your customer service department?
    A: Our customer service/internet sales and shipping department receives calls Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays. We are closed on most major US Holidays.

    Q: What forms of payment does columbiajobbing.com accept?
    A: We currently accept the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus credit cards. In addition we gladly accept certified cashiers checks, money orders, and personal/company checks. Please keep in mind that if you are paying using any form of payment other than a credit card you will need to contact us at 1-800-818-0897 to place your order. Also, any form of payment other than a credit card must be recieved, and clear our bank a process that can take up to 15 days prior to your order being shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ORDER C.O.D.

    Q: Do you offer any sort of discount to Military, Senior Citizens, Non-Profits, etc.?
    A: The pricing on this website is deeply discounted therefore further discounts are not available through the website.

    Q: Do you make donations to Military, Senior Citizens, Non-Profits, etc.?
    A: At this time we do not currently make donations to organizations through our website.

    Q: I requested a catalog but have not received it yet. When can I expect it?
    A: While every effort is made to honor catalog requests in a timely fashion we are sometimes inundated with catalog requests. Unfortuntely this could mean a delay in the receipt of your catalog. If you have any questions about a product or need more information in the interim please contact our internet sales department at 1-800-818-0897.

    Q: Does Columbiajobbing.com sell used equipment?
    A: Columbiajobbing.com does not currently deal in used equipment.

    Q: What happens if an item I ordered is not in stock?
    A: While every effort is made to insure accurate inventory on our website on occasion items may appear in stock online, but the actual stock status proves otherwise. In the event that an item on your order is out of stock a customer service agent will contact you using the e-mail and/or telephone number that you provided at the time of your order to discuss your options.

    Q: Can you send me samples of your food products?
    A: At this time we do not currently ship samples of our food products.

    Q: Is it possible to order bulk quantities of supplies?
    A: We do have the capacity to ship most of our supplies in bulk. Please contact our internet sales department at 1-800-818-0897 to discuss this option.

    Q: How are my shipping charges calculated?
    A: Shipping charges are based on point of origin, destination, shipping method, weight, and include applicable fees (fuel surcharge, shipping insurance, etc.). For further information, call our shipping department at 1-800-818-0897.

    Q: Can I order custom printed items through Columbiajobbing.com?
    A: While we currently do not have the capacity for you to order custom printed items online, we do offer custom print options. Please contact one of our knowledgable customer service representatives to discuss your custom print needs at 1-800-818-0897.

    Q: I have received an invoice, but have not received my order. Why is this?
    A: In some instances it is more economical for us to ship your item direct from the manufacturer. In these instances you may receive your invoice prior to receiving your order. In other cases you may receive your order prior to receiving your invoice. In either case do not be alarmed the appopriate item(s) will be arriving shortly to the shipping address you provided.

    Q: Can my order ship using an LTL carrier?
    A: Columbiajobbing.com is committed to providing the most economical shipping method possible for your order. If you are planning to order several bulky or large items it may be more cost effective to ship these items using an LTL Freight line. Please call our shipping department at 1-800-818-0897 prior to placing your order to receive a quote on an LTL shipment.

    Q: Do you ship to Armed Forces Post Office Boxes?
    A: It is our pleasure to ship items to Armed Forces Post Office Boxes. Please keep in mind however that the United States Postal Service has strict rules governing what can and can not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. In most instances we are not able to ship any individual items over 50 pounds, we are also unable to ship any of our listed equipment to an APO/FPO address. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses do not have any sort of time of delivery gurantee and generally take slightly longer to process due to the customs paperwork commonly associated with these types of orders. If you would like more information on having supplies shipped to an APO/FPO address please contact our internet sales department at 1-800-818-0897.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: We do ship internationally. If you are outside of the continential United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and you are placing an order, please contact our international shipping department at 1-800- 818-0897.

    Q: How long can I expect it to take to receive my order?
    A: We ship using DHL Express, UPS and FedEx ground. In some instances your shipment can take as many as 10 business days to arrive. Express shipments take between 2 and 4 business days to arrive depending on your location. Shipments made via a LTL Truckline are usually comparable. You should also allow 1-2 business days for processing on most orders, though we will do our best to get the order shipped either the same day or the next business day.
